I’m happy to announce our new thankQ User Community Learning Sessions, which were created with direct input from our clients. In these monthly sessions, our Product and Support Team will share product updates, best practices, and tips and tricks to help our clients get the most out of their thankQ CRM system. Users will be sure to pick up helpful information they can start to use right away. Our first session, May 26th, is on Yellow Box Search, Entities, and Report Builder. Sessions to follow include: Matching Gifts; Pledge and Payment Best Practices; Acknowledgement and Receipting Best Practices; MailChimp Integration, and more.
