thankQ USA Appoints James Walker as President

New York, New York, July 19, 2021 – thankQ USA, the North American distributor of thankQ CRM, announces the appointment of James Walker as the company’s President. Walker—who has an extensive background in executive leadership and nonprofit technology—will lead the company in its corporate strategy, client success, and product integration efforts.
As a respected and longtime nonprofit technology professional, Walker brings to thankQ USA a wealth of knowledge in the areas of fundraising, technology, digital media, and nonprofit leadership. Walker previously acted as the Director of Products at JCA, where he oversaw product development and strategy for the company’s software platforms and services. Prior to his time at JCA, Walker held positions with Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Stratford Shakespeare Festival, and Oxfam Canada. Walker has also served on the Board of the Tessitura Network and was the Vice President of the Board of CIOArts, an organization comprised of leading technology professionals at cultural organizations across North America.
thankQ USA was incorporated in 2017 as the authorized North American distributor of thankQ CRM. The thankQ USA team is responsible for sales in North America and provides local frontline support for all North American customers, including Vassar College, Pace University, Oswego College Foundation (SUNY Oswego), Skidmore College, and Peace Arch Hospital. The company is backed by the developers of thankQ CRM, the Access Group, and its implementation partner, JCA.
As President of thankQ USA, Walker will work closely with the company’s partners to ensure client success with the thankQ CRM software. He will be focusing on defining and executing on thankQ USA’s product integration strategy, as well as overseeing business development. Internally, he will promote a strong, collaborative team culture with a customer success-oriented mindset.
