We had a great session in May on Yellow Box Search, Entities, and Reporting! Thank you to all that attended! Our next Client Learning Session will be on Matching Gifts. During this session, you will learn more about thankQ CRM’s comprehensive matching gift management, including the steps to take when a gift is made by a constituent that works for a matching gift company. Jonathan Carpenter, Product Support Specialist, will also review what to do when a gift payment is received, as well as what to do if it’s not! We look forward to seeing everyone there!
