Pamela Prybylski Joins thankQ

Pamela Prybylski has joined the team as our new Client Success Specialist. Pamela will be providing software support for our thankQ USA clients.
Pamela has over 15 years of experience in the areas of data analysis, database development, configuration management, and troubleshooting. Most recently, Pamela was both a Business Analyst and Customer Support Analyst for Blackbaud where she advised and assisted nonprofits with setting up and maintaining their databases; provided consulting solutions and onboarding for new clients; set up and provided custom documentation including queries and reports; wrote and maintained technical documents, and more. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and History from Nazareth College and completed an Executive Education program in Data Analytics from Butler University.
